Todd Margolis

Todd Margolis is a licensed Salesperson with Birch Realty and a native Marylander. He has long experience guiding buyers and sellers through real estate transactions across the DMV, from first-time purchases to move-up sales and investment deals.

Todd's approach is patient and thorough. He believes the best outcomes come from asking the right questions early, understanding what really matters to each client, and then quietly doing the work — from the first neighborhood tour to the final signature at settlement.

Outside of real estate, Todd is a world-renowned Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitor and trainer. The same discipline, preparation, and composure that define his life on the mats show up in how he represents his clients at the negotiating table.

He is a member of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR), the Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
