Izaak Bozof
Izaak Bozof is the Broker and founder of Birch Realty. He is a licensed attorney in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, and has been in real estate practice for nearly twenty years.
That combination — a lawyer's eye for contracts and disclosures paired with two decades of on-the-ground brokerage experience — is what clients rely on him for. Izaak reads every contract personally, negotiates patiently, and stays close to each transaction from first showing through closing day.
He founded Birch Realty to help real estate investors buy, sell, and manage their properties — and to bring that same standard of care to individual home buyers and sellers. Izaak believes real estate is a personal business, and he draws on his legal background and years at the negotiating table to advocate for each client, listen carefully, and stay present long after the paperwork is signed. Clients refer their friends and families to him because the standard of care never changes.
He is a member of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR), the Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
